Fruit - Homeowner Spray Guide
Georgia is a great state for fruit production. Unfortunately, it is also a great state for the insects and diseases which limit fruit production.
Growing fruit organically is possible...but it demands a huge amount of time and effort. Most novices try for a few years and then throw up their hands in disgust.
Fortunately, UGA researchers have put together a spray guide that limits application of pesticides to the minimum yet allows you to have a reasonable harvest.
Study the guide below, plant pest-resistant trees....and GOOD LUCK!
