North Fulton Master Gardeners Host Free Fall Gardening Class
Warm soil, cooler temperatures and more rainfall encourages root growth, making fall the best time to plant (and move) shrubs and trees, as well as prepare soil for next year’s plantings. North Fulton Master Gardeners and the UGA Fulton County Cooperative Extension, in cooperation with the Roswell Recreation and Parks Department, will offer a free class: “Fall in Georgia – The Best Time to Plant, Move Shrubs and Trees, and Enrich Your Soil” (Program 52020-04) The class is free, but pre-registration is suggested since space is limited.
