Location: Bill Johnson Community Activity Building in Roswell Area Park
Beautiful, healthy lawns require more than simply mowing and fertilizing. Learn the best times for fertilizing and aerating for each type of grass: cool-season grass (fescue) and warm–season grasses (Bermuda, Zoysia). Properly timed weed prevention will also improve your lawn and save effort later. Even if someone else takes care of your lawn, this seminar will enable you to work with your lawn service more effectively. Ages 15 & up, age on date of class. This free workshop, conducted by the UGA Cooperative Extension in Fulton County and North Fulton Master Gardeners, is held at the Bill Johnson Community Activity Building in Roswell Area Park. All classes are free but pre-registration is required.
