Join Glynis Ward and to learn how to dry, prune, and care for your herbs in the autumn, in order to enjoy them all winter long. You will learn how to make teas, spice mixes, and Herbal vinegars. This is also a great opportunity to share recipes. Each participant will get to make herbal vinegar to take home. Glass bottles provided. Hands on class.
