We might not always recognize their common names, but many plants and flowers flourish within the works of William Shakespeare. UGA Professor of English and author of “Shakespeare’s Medical Language.”Dr. Sujata Iyengar asks some of her undergraduate classes to come to the Garden to see these plants up close so that they can better understand what Shakespeare’s characters are trying to say when they mention particular plants or herbs. She has agreed to come teach us about Shakespeare’s plants too
