Q: I have a large mass of ivy and it is in terrain that keeps me from mowing it. Would you please recommend an available spray and how to most effectively use it to kill the ivy?
A: It’s not impossible – I have it on two sides of my property and I sucessfully keep it at bay.
Mark on your calendar eight Saturdays four weeks apart during the growing season. Spray Roundup on the ivy that offends you each marked day.
Although the process will be slow, by next spring it will be almost all gone. You just have to be persistent and patient.
