Q: A radio caller asked about getting a lemon tree to bear fruit. I am attaching pictures of my Persian lime tree. It is about 10 years old and has had limes since it was two years old. We bring it into the basement in November and put it back out in mostly sun after frost. Some years it has had 50 or more limes. We fertilize about twice a year and it has been re-potted twice. The limes are big and juicy!
A: Congratulations! Other readers will be encouraged to try this plant!
