Kudzu Bugs Bothering You?

Those folks living near kudzu patches have known about the kudzu bug since 2009.

This olive green/brown insect is about the size of a ladybug and imparts a distinct smell to the area where they congregate.

It is well known to congregate on home siding as fall approaches, trying to get into wall cracks to stay warm.

Scientists say another invasive bug, the brown stinkbug, is gathering in great numbers in the Northeast due to the previous warm winter and early spring..

I’m wondering if the kudzu bug will behave similarly in Georgia.

Please email me and let me know if you’re seeing lots more than you expected.
