Bees - Removing from a Wall

When I moved into my home in 1990, one of my first neighborhood friends was delighted to learn that I worked for the Extension service.

"Great!" she said. "You can tell us how to get these darn honeybees out of our wall!"

Indeed, the bees had been in the home wall for a couple of years. Honey had flowed across a basement ceiling and dripped from the light fixture onto the floor.

What a mess!

Eventually she had to hire a pest control company and a carpenter to solve the problem. This publication from Clemson gives all the details if YOU have bees in your wall.
