3 perrenials , 2 are groundcovers and a medium sized flower

Notes:

The 2 ground covers spread like small vines. One looks a little like a succulent and has small star shaped yellow flowers. The other is not flowering yet. The yellow flower grows about 18-24 inches tall and I have heard it called lemon drop, but wonder if there is another name. Thanks!
