Notes:

I live north of Galveston, TX. Three of these plants popped up in my garden. I let them grow to maturity to identify, but I haven’t a clue as to what they are. The stems are smooth, green in color with purple running through. They have tiny white flower clusters, which turn to pumpkin-shaped green fruits that turn purple. Unfortunately bitter to taste.
