Agressive backyard vine (ID complete)

Notes:

Although I have English Ivy, Porcelain Vines and other undesirable plants, there is one vine which is unknown to me. The leaves are heart-shaped, and the white four-petaled blossoms are about 1 inch in diameter. Can you name this obnoxious invader?

    Looks a lot like Sweet Autumn Clematis (Clematis terniflora) to me.

    Yep, I abree w/ Dub…definitely Sweet Autumn Clematis…I just finished ripping a bunch of it off my fence…it was choking out the New Dawn Rose and Crossvine!
