Notes:
This weed has taken over my small fishing pond. It has opposite leaves with only two at each junction. It is mostly under the water, but sometimes it reaches the top in shallow places. I want to get rid of it if possible. I am not sure what it is. Its been in the lake for years now and dredging it out a year ago did not get rid of it. Lake has a low water flow during dry seasons.
