Top photo looks like a species in the Lysimachia genus. This maybe fringe loosestrife (Lysimachia ciliata). Middle photo is not to clear to be certain. But the bark & leaves seem to be of American chestnut. You should get its ID confirm with the local county Agriculture Extension Services.
