Photo taken on St. Maarten while on vacation. I love this flower and would like to know what it is and if it can be grown here.

   I believe it’s an allamanda (Allamanda cathartica). Anywhere much north of south Florida is going to be too cold for it, but you might be able to enjoy it as a container plant that you bring indoors during frost season.
