Short bushy plant. I have another with multiple flower heads formed. Plant is about a foot to a foot and a half tall, a lot of leaves.

Actually, I’m thinking now that this is a California Poppy. Would appreciate any other comments.

Please let me know the name of this beautiful plant .
I first noticed this plant at the end of lasy summer and thought
It was weed.. I decided to leave it and was surprised that
It survived the winter and now I have beautiful flowers.
I’m not sure where it came from but I want more..
Where can I purchase this flower? Thanks

After posting my picture, I came across another seed packet of them and I’m 99.99% sure it’s a California Poppy too. There may be other colors than orange as well!

Yes, it’s a California poppy… native Californian here 🙂 Enjoy. I have been trying very hard to get these to grow in my yard.
