Shrub like. 8′-15′H x 5′-6′W In neighbors yard as hedge. Bees are not taking pollen.
Looks like Waxleaf Ligustrum.
Looks more like a Euonymous.
Does not look like ligustrum. Maybe cleyera. compare flower to those in this link:
I just noticed the serrated leaf in the photo of the mystery plant. Glasses do wonders! I am more inclined to believe that it is euonymous as Caroline suggested.
