What is this big leaves plant? It is about 6 foot tall. I saw it in front of the gates of some communities. Can these be indoor plant? I want to have an indoor plant like this in my house. Thanks

This is a type of Philodendron, which definitely must become a houseplant in Georgia during the winter.

this is an “elephant ear” plant; likes shade or morning sun, plus daily water & summer heat, fertilize for extra growth; lg baseball-size tubers can be bought at walmart or lowes; we dig them up before ground freezes here in michigan then replant after frost time in the spring, or put in planter; the black elephant ear is my favorite:)
