Notes:
In the first picture is the “mystery bush” to the right of a regular Blackeyed Susan. The leaves on the bush are the same so I know it’s a type of Blackeyed Susan. The flowers are slightly smaller and the plant that was covered with flowers grew to over five feet. I have checked the base and it looks like I will be able to break the plant apart and have three or four next year. Can anyone help me identify this plant? Bill

yes, indeed it’s blackeyed Susan…there are many varieties of it…could’ve grown from a seed from your other BES. When grown from a seed, it may not be identical to the parent.

I know I bought it at a nursery but I cannot remember which one. Bill
