Blue house plant, appears to be prickly pear type, no other clues.

    Maybe a cactus had been artificially colored? There is a product called Dessert Germs Cacti. According to sources, the new growth of these cactus will not have the same color. You can Google it. You didn’t ask, but there are species of cactus that have beautiful colors naturally. The violet pricklypear (Opuntia gosseliniana),Opuntia santa-rita, Opuntia microdasys var. rufida, Opuntia rufida, Opuntia microdasys etc….
