I am trying to ID this particular boxwood (species and variety). It has been growing in a shady part of my yard for 18 years as a hedge and is about 3.5′ tall. It is very green throughout the seasons…never bronzes. I am very interested in growing more of this type, but need to know the exact variety.

There are many, many boxwood species and cultivars, so nailing it down will be tough. I will venture to say that since it has rounded leaves and does not bronze in the winter it is a type of English Boxwood.
