Bug found on Potato plants

Beetle found on leaves of potato plants. About 1/4″ long, black head, orange thorax, black “wings” with orange stripe across body. It doesn’t look like a potato beetle (too small, wrong stripping).

    Think it might be an immature potato bug….should get about twice that size when mature, and have yellow instead of orange markings.
