Here is another photo of the bugs in the squash blossoms. They are black, about 1/8″ long, squirmy – bending their bodies back and forth. These photos are greatly magnified. They don’t jump or fly. They scurry – very quickly. I’ve seen them before in daisy blossoms. I’m thinking they are thrips of some kind, but I haven’t found any identical photos. Thanks for helping me!
