It’s hard to view the plant’s details from a side way image. I’m taking a guess perhaps a cultivar in the Ti plant (Cordyline fruticosa)? If this is Cordyline fruticosa, before propagation I suggest let it spends the summer outdoor hopefully it would blooms for you. Check out these included links for information & propagation.
