Notes:

Seems to die in winter, we cut down to ground in spring and then grows back, took three season to fully grow

    Looks like what we called “asparagus fern.” My Mom had it as a houseplant as well as an outdoor warm weather plant growing up in NC.

    Details of the leaves & stems are too far away to tell for certain. Also without its flowers to help narrow down, I’m guessing this could be the Hubricht’s bluestar/thread leafed bluestar (Amsonia hubrichtii) perhaps? Check out the included link below for more information. Click on the images to enlarge. If this isn’t the thread leafed bluestar, when it blooms please resubmit with flowers photo. Best wishes!
