Notes:

Just moved in to a house, wondering what this is? A five foot tall bushy thing with opposing leaves. No flowers.

    Change the previous reply. Not Paulownia. Paulownia leaves seem to be more smooth on the edges. How about Sycamore?…. I was imagining a huge leaf….. Just how big is that leaf in the image. Looks a little like my hydrangea or perhaps my Bush Cranberry . Please give more information. there are so many small leaves that look like that.

    Something like Paulownia. I am assuming that the leaves are very very large. Give it a couple more years and you will have a very beautiful flowering small tree. This tree was an unknown to me until last Autumn. I have only seen one and it was in Central Ohio, well north of its comfort zone. I suppose the Lake has tempered your climate.
