Correction for number 3. You mentioned this is growing in the wild. If this is spiraea, then just plain old Spiraea japonica, not a cultivar.

1-Maybe Ox-eye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare). 2- Need close up of leaves and flowers to narrow down its ID. 3- Maybe a type of Japanese spiraea (Spiraea japonica)or of its cultivars. Could be Spirea ‘Anthony Waterer’, but I am not certain.
