This plant is a perennial bulb. It is blooming now. Blooms look like bells on long stems. Plant about 18 inches tall with waxy stappy leaves.

Looks like it could be a Spanish Bluebell. I have some in my yard in Virginia that look very similar, though they’re not quite as big.
