Notes:

This is a vining plant and all the new growth comes out white and as it matures it turns a deep green. The stems on the new growth are pink. It roots very easily and seems fairly drought tolerant. I would really like to know more about this beautiful plant.

Changing my previous answer. It is not Eunoymus. It is Calico plant – Alternanthera versicolor Snowball.

Looks like Wintercreeper, Eunoymus fortunei ‘Harlequin’. This plant has positive and ‘very’ negative characters. Positve- Has a low spreading habit that makes its white and green leaves (flushed with pink) an ideal ground cover or houseplant. Negative- http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/79642/
