Notes:
Out geocaching near a very old graveyard in Fayette County. Found several of these around the site but not near any head stones. Are these native or hand planted long ago? First thought was pitcher plant but Google is not giving us any like photo’s. Thanks as always.

Looks like pink lady’s slipper, a native Orchid (Cypripedium acaule). It is nice to see you photographed them only for ID. These Orchids are difficult in propagation and cultivation. Best wishes! http://www.fs.fed.us/wildflowers/plant-of-the-week/cypripedium_acaule.shtml
