It is definitely a ficus. Could be an old “Green Island” ficus. I am not sure if these have all the “tendrils” that hold this one to the wall.

I think this plant is named Cassandra or Benito in other countries like Mexico, Spain and Philippines.So far as I know, this plant is commonly called the “Long Island Fig (belongs to the Ficus/Balete Series in the Philippines)
