Notes:
I’m new to gardening, as I started at the beginning, with composting over the past couple years. (That in itself is amazingly rewarding.) Anyway, lots of tomatoes and melons are volunteering themselves in my flower garden, but there’s this that I can’t identify yet. The only flowers in the garden are coming from bulbs and lots of little sprouts that I can identify. I transplanted this out of the flower garden and it’s in shock now, but I hope it is something awesome that survives. Thanks! Amber.

This looks like a potato sprout to me. I have them come up in my compost frequently. I just turn them under.

I’d let it get a little bigger and see what it does. Might be a weed, but you never know.
