Oops! Sorry Walter Reeve, I posted wrong photo before! This plant or weed emerged in my new neighbors yard. They moved in recently. Think its pretty but wonder if it is a weed? Invasive? etc. THANK YOU!

    Looks like a species of plume poppy (Macleaya). Maybe fivve-seed plum poppy (M. cordata) (?). According to sources, its spreads aggressively. Check out these included link for more information.
