Notes:
Growing in Fort Myers, FL , this tree or shrub is over 6′ tall and spreads to 4′ or more. Very pink-red flowers that have been blooming for the past two months and have no odor. Very small leaves seem to grow only at the branch ends near the flowers.

That appears to be a variety of Adenium Obesum, commonly called a Desert Rose. The sap is extremely toxic if ingested and can even be a skin irritant. Lovely plants, but one must take care when cultivating them.
