Fern…but what kind?

Notes:

i got this fern with no label. it is beautiful. i would like to know what its called. its leaves are shiny. it looks almost like a plastic fern! the underside of the leaves have brown spots on them that look almost furry.

    It doesn’t have the furry rabbit feet coming out of the root area. The fronds are very stiff.
