Notes:

This plant is a perrenial that grows in the shade and I have been told it is a Parrot Fern. I would like to know if anybody can confirm that.

   I am thinking it is not. Parrot feather ferns are aquatic plants. It looks like a variety of Horse tail to me.

   Parrot fern… starts in water but can invade all over the place.
