I posted this once before but I don’t know if I did it right. My apologies if it’s double posted.
I got this plant at my mother’s funeral and I don’t know what it is. I definitely want to keep it healthy and alive.
I thought it was a ficus, but I can’t find pictures that look like it.
Anybody know what this is, so I can look it up and find out how to care for it?

Possibly some form of nandinia (heavenly bamboo – which is not a bamboo at all, but is rather heavenly!) If you live in Zone 7 or higher (aka more southerly) you can plant it outside as a shrub in areas that get some afternoon sun.

That plant is a China Doll – very easy to grow and very hardy. Grows tall, bushy and dense on its own without grooming/pruning. Here’s a link with some additional info:
