White Wave Petunia? The photo is not clear and I cannot fully tell what it is. Petunia is a pretty well known flower and is considered an annual.

It is a moonflower. The blooms start to open in the evening and stay open till 9 or 10 am. They only bloom once, but keeps producing more. I have had up to 75 blooms at once. I planted 2 of them in June. The little porcupine like ball on them is filled with a bunch of seeds. They are suppose to be an annual, but sometimes they come back. Save some of the seeds to ensure you have them next year. I’m the “ENVY” of my neighbors!!
