   I believe it’s an Elderberry because it’s opposite, compound pinnate with five leaflets. I am unsure of the species name but the genus is Sambucus. I know the plant is not a goji berry because the leaf arrangement is alternate, while the plant in your pic has an opposite leaf arrangement.
