A possibility for the top one is horse chestnut. Note that it, unlike Va. creeper, has 7 leaflets. Also, from photo it does not appear to be growing as a vine.

virginia creeper… Don’t eat it… Green Deane goes on at length about not confusing it for smilax… in his smilax videos… Most sites discuss the poison berries… which many birds eat without problems… It even has it’s own sphinx moth! http://www.wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=PAQU2

That’s Virginia Creeper. Can be very invasive, but if you like it, it has beautiful fall color.
