Notes:
I usually keep the name tags of the plants that I plant throughout my yard. I missed this one however. It’s usually a beautiful deep red or pink in color and the bumble bees just love it. I want to trim it back for the winter, but don’t want to potentially hender the plant from coming back in the spring (if in fact it’s a perennial). Thanks.

There are two different flowers forms of the Celosia genus in the photo. _ The one in the center with ridge crest form maybe a cultivar in the cockscomb (Celosia argentea var. cristata)?
