1- Leaves are too blurry to be certain. A guess only, maybe Juniperus procera? 2-Maybe a type of Dracaena. This might be Dracaena aletriformis? 3- Can you give us more photos with scale? Also could you by chance know what do the flowers look like? Thank you and best wishes!
