The third pic might be Rosa minutifolia, common names include Baja Rose, Baja wild rose and Small-leafed rose.

Middle pic looks like possible Lithospermum. Top pic… monarda? Bottom pic? Tell us more about it… Shrub? tree? Any current photos? Might be a rose… But… shriveled plants are difficult to identify…
