This is growing in heavy shade, is it some type of hosta?

    Note the three leaves, when in bloom, the flowers have three petals.

    Up on the border of TN, you probably have the prized yellow variety.

    Nursery propagated trilliums command some incredible prices due to the length of time required between sowing seed, and having a mature plant.
