Notes:
This plant was given to me. I was told it needs little water, but it does need a fair amount of sun. The more sun, the more little purple-ish spots it gets. As it grows the leaves on the bottom of the stem will drop off as it adds leaves at the top. It adds new plants by itself.

Jim Jasper Leaf Lover says:
It is a Spotted Kalanchoe, Penwiper Plant, Kalanchoe marmorata. I Googled it and found photographs that exactly match. It prefers a certain amount of full sun every day and does not like to be watered too much. It propogates from the base of the stem.

Can’t quite tell from the picture, but do new plants from from little, tiny, baby plants that fall off the edges of the leaves? If so, might be some variety of the “Mother of Thousands” type Kalanchoe.

Maybe a type of Kalanchoe. This might be Kalanchoe marmorata. https://www.google.com/search?q=Kalanchoe+marmorata&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjzwonB3pXLAhVKSSYKHZBGD9sQiR4IjgE&biw=1920&bih=909#tbm=isch&q=penwiper+plant&imgrc=Pxr76GIKTErrsM%3A
