Notes:
Sprayed fungicide for black spot. Now plant seems to be dying. Have had only one bloom, now none. Some leaves are also now light color green. What can be the problem? What should Ido?

I would furnish a nitrogen source…fish meal, blood meal, worm castings, rabbit manure, etc. Maybe dig it in the soil around the plant and water it in real good…
