This could be an indoor plant that died and was placed outside or an outdoor plant. I do not know much about it. I potted it and brought it inside.

It’s hard to tell without more details. I’m wondering that the round green shape could be some type of lily bulbs (Lilium) (?). Let this grows more mature then make new post with photo of the new growth. If this is Lilium, flowers are needed to narrow down it species. Again I’m only speculate for now. Best wishes!
