Notes:
It’s green all year and not very big. It grows very slowly if at all. It’s probably 10 inches tall and the biggest one is about 2.5 to 3 inches wide. I’d like to use this plant in Kennesaw, GA but was unable to find it at Lowe’s or Pike’s. Thanks, LSW

I’m not an expert in conifers, but check out Norway spruce ‘s cultivar nest spruce/bird net spruce (Picea abies ‘Nidiformis’) and see if you have a match.
