Here are some more pictures of an early post “is it rosemary.” Someone thought it might be tarragon? It is fragrant and evergreen-like. I’m not familiar with Tarragon, but there was a guess that it might be that. Where it was growing it seemed more like a ground cover and was spreading.

I have this also. It is an invasive groundcover with a milky sap, blooms are pretty yellow clusters very early in spring These are the seed heads in the pic.
