The leaves look a bit long for Lucky Bamboo, Dracaena braunii (syn. D. sanderiana), and I’ve never seen one with lightly colored mid-ribs. It could be a cultivar. It certainly looks like a Dracaena. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dracaena_braunii
